I've got a small lump on my gum above one of my teeth. i get tooth ache a lot and my gum bleeds occassionaly.. - lump on my gum above my tooth

It sounds as if you had an abscess. They will be placed on antibiotics to eliminate infections and then they will have a root canal need to remove the infected nerve, or it is necessary to be learned. More importantly, this treatment of the ID, though not a good thing for the body to infection. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
If a Abbesses .. You need a anitbiotic these infections .. can be dangerous if not treated ... could also be an abscess gingival .. But Abbesses is likely that if you have a toothache ..
