Is there a restaurant in Montreal that does "chef's choice"? - chefs choice

I will be in Montreal on Thursday 5 / 17 50. My wife's birthday. I want a special dinner in French cuisine, but as a "pay 1 price received by the chef's choice" of treatment. Normally, this is a course of 5, but all are selectiions Chef's Choice, including wine.

We are in the "old city" of Montreal near Notre Dame, very close to a restaurant would be wonderful.
